Another cat

And to make it all as clear as mud, here's a picture of a stray Blue that comes around. I could probably corral her for you, if you want to give a cat a home.

No thank you, gae. I will only take in a Red/Orange tabbie, male cat. That is the kind of cat I want & will ONLY take. I would pay for him, if that is what is stopping you. I mean I will pay for the neutering (sp) and declawing of the male red/orange tabbie if you want to get rid of him.

Both of the Maine Coons were Reds. And THAT'S the only reason we've taken in another stray.

Since Rocket was hanging around outside, Dr. Bob did the AIDS/leukemia tests, and then declawed and neutered him yesterday. Which is kind of amazing, since the office is closed on Thursday.

If you're serious about wanting a Red, you could call any of the shelters and put in an "order". There are way too many homeless animals out there.

I don't want another pet & Mr Sluggo is against ANY pet but I would adopt a red/orange tabbie, male. I just thought IF your other cat did not like him I would take him to avoid having him put down. If Erin can take him that is fine by me, Like I said, I would take him, and no doubt fall in love with him but as long as he isn't going to be out of a home I am fine with it.

It's now looking like there might be a third! [img]biggrin.gif[/img]

Note to self: Find all of Trav's CFA contacts and let them know he's now taking in strays.

your black cat was really a black and white cat. The cat was about 99.9% black but had about 3 or 4 white hairs in the center of his chest. To get those hairs in that spot the cat had the white spotting gene.

There are no white cats, the white spotting gene can cover from 1 hair to the whole cat. The cat may look white, but it really is another color with the spotting gene. You can't tell the color of the cat until you breed it and see the color of the kittens.
